Seawolf Dining is excited to offer the UAA campus Mo's Deli sandwiches, salads and breakfast sandwiches. Lifelong Alaskans Jason Ellis and Betty Shelden own Mo's Deli. Betty is a NANA employee and Shareholder from Noorvik. Jason's roots in Alaska were from his grandparents, who came to Alaska from New York by way of California.
The Deli was named Mo in honor of Jason's grandfather.
